El Cabrón ..
is probably the best known, most varied and most beautiful dive spot of Gran Canaria. After about 30 minutes drive from Arguineguin with our diving school cars we reach this dive site in the nature reserve on the east coast of the island.

With 4 different boarding points from land, depths of 5 to 32 meters and a breathtaking underwater landscape, this dive site makes all diver hearts beat faster. The volcanic reef top, steep rock faces, various caves and archways, as well as local fish heat, cold water corals and a great biodiversity make it possible to create many diversified dives. With more than 8 different diving routes you will never get bored and there is always something new to discover.

Whether beginner or advanced - here is something for every diver. Especially in the winter months is here often, the typical of the Canary Islands, protected and above all peaceful angelfish to be found.

Sardina del Norte ...

As the name implies, it lies in the north of our beautiful island of Gran Canaria. This bay is sheltered from wind and waves most days of the year. Sardina del Norte, like Caleta Baja, is a good diversion and alternative to our dive sites on the east coast - especially if the entry there is difficult due to the weather. The travel time of about 80 minutes is like an island tour and you like to take the opportunity to get to know his middles a bit better.

With a jump from the harbor wall it goes here comfortably into the water and out again. We are always happy to be surprised by seahorses, angel sharks, scented rays, bonitos and many other inhabitants of the Atlantic.

The maximum depth is about 17 meters and this dive site is suitable for beginners and advanced.

A small beach and small bars and restaurants are also called non-divers welcome or give a nice reason to take after the dives for a coffee or other drink.

Risco Verde ...
With a maximum depth of 12 meters and an easy entry, this is an ideal dive site for introductory dive enthusiasts, returnees and diving students. But even for experienced divers this is a good change! This dive site is reached in 30 minutes from our diving school.

The natural reef also reflects underwater the volcanic origin of Gran Canaria with a diversified biodiversity. In normal conditions, this dive site is protected and the entrance is easy from the gritty beach, which can be accessed via a staircase on the beach promenade. If you are a diver with good air consumption, you may even be able to reach the big school of fish on the left or go in search of the anchor.

A small nearby restaurant and the long promenade invite for non-diving companions to visit.

The community has set up a separate area for us divers to move and prepare our diving equipment.

Tufia ..
... is a small fishing village just behind the airport and has a sheltered bay. The journey takes about 35 minutes via the motorway. The entry is via a small black sand beach and opens a dive site is different. There is hardly a reef that is so obviously of volcanic origin more in Gran Canaria. The maximum depth is about 18 meters and due to the upstream fish farms this is the dive site with the most shifts in the summer months in recent years. The beach can be reached via a small path downhill through the village ... which of course after the dive must be handled the other way around ... but it's worth it !! Recently, for a small donation from a local resident, the transport of the diving equipment can be purchased up and down the mountain

Caleta baja ...
impresses with its meandering canyons and tunnels. Dive right in a cave and enjoy the incredible variety of dive sites in Gran Canaria. With a lot of luck you can watch devil rays here in the late summer. Due to the Einstieges the dive site is recommended only for experienced divers and unfortunately not very often in the year to dive. This maximum depth of this dive site is about 20 meters.

The journey time is similar to the trip to the dive site Sardina del Norte. If the conditions are still too rough, you can easily get there after 5 minutes.

Taliarte ...
leaves every diver with a camera no peace. This one-way dive on a small wall with a maximum depth of 7m offers many and beautiful photo opportunities. Prawns, anemones, moray eels, seahorses & Co. are just waiting to be photographed by you. Beginners and advanced are welcome here.

Recommended for this dive is only with a group to explore the cliff. It can quickly become a bit "fuller" here. In combination with Tufia or Risco you can even experience two dive sites in one day.

Non-divers can enjoy a walk along the long promenade to the large beach of Melenara.
